How do I apply the patch I bought?

1. Peel off 1 new patch daily.

2. Best to apply first thing in morning.

3. Apply adhesive side down to upper arm, shoulder, wrist or back.

4. Leave in place for up to 10 hours.

5. Apply patch to clean, dry and hair free area.

Do I need to clean my skin prior to applying?

Yes. Affix the patch to skin that is both clean and dry, ensuring it is free of hair.

Is this patch waterproof?

Note that the patch is not designed to be waterproof. Refrain from placing the patch in areas prone to excessive sweating.
